Knickernappies has been awarded Gold Certification by GenGreen.  This is their highest certification level honoring businesses that adhere to strict “green” standards.

Only companies that scored above 75% on their certification tests are given the gold level certification, the highest level of approval available within GenGreen. These companies have proven themselves exemplary environmental stewards in their various business activities.

Knickernappies announcement stated that they are proud to recycle 100% of office waste, compost 100% of compostable waste, and use recycled products whenever possible.  Nearly all of their packaging is recycled, reused, and recyclable.  Not only is this great for the environment, but it saves overhead costs, allowing them to offer customers the best pricing!

Woo hoo!  I have the store organized enough to open!  Come on over and check out Diaper Daisy.  We are currently in our pre-opening period.  We have the store up and running, but there is still a lot of dust around as we work on the cart and adding new products.

As I write this, the cart is stocked with products that were carried over from Erin, as well as my first Thirsties and Sleepy Wrap orders.  I have Imse Vimse trainers, swim diapers, and liners, and 12 dozen prefolds, ready and waiting to be entered.  My Knickernappie and PlanetWise orders will arrive tomorrow and Fuzzi Bunz hopefully at the beginning of next week.  I can’t wait!

We will also be stocking BumGenius diapers and accessories, Monkey Foot Designs wet bags, Modest Mommy nursing covers, individual SposoEasy diapers, Slinglings slings, and BabbaCo car seat covers before you know it.
